Gift Certificates are available anytime in any amount through the front desk. Certificates are not refundable, and non redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are non transferable.

Tips

Tips are not included in our service prices and are left to your discretion.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to ant scheduled appointment time to check in or complete forms. We regret that late arrivals may not receive their full appointment time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Scheduling

Please make appointment in advance to accommodate your needs. Advanced booking is recommended.

Cancellation No Show Policy

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not show, full service will be charged and due.
